The store is located within The Garden Resort and will be open from 1:00PM - 10:00PM each day. Balance merchandise will be available to buy HERE for collection at the festival, while stocks last.

There is free wifi available on the restaurant terrace. Login & Password at reception.
LOST PROPERTY
Lost property can be handed in and reclaimed at the accommodation reception desk. This is located by the restaurant onsite.
REPORTING LOST PROPERTY

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT CROATIA & THE TISNO AREA
Currency and Cash Machines
The local currency is the Euro, which you will need for payments at the various local attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and other services. Please note, you will not be able to use cash to pay for anything on site, but you can use Euros (and card) to top up your Cashless Wristband.
There is an ATM at the Reception of The Garden Resort and at least eight situated around Tisno.
Cashless at The Garden Resort
The resort operates a cashless RFID system. All payments onsite will be taken with this wristband. When you arrive at the Box Office to collect your event tickets, you will be given a RFID wristband. These can be topped up at the clearly marked top-up points onsite with cash or credit / debit cards. You can also check your RFID credit balance after every purchase and at any point at any time. All bars, food, shops, massage, merchandise, boat bars, Barbarella’s and Barbarella’s buses are using this system. The wristbands are your responsibility, but they are very secure and can be worn when swimming.
REFUNDS
Will be given from the Corner Bar onsite between 9:00AM - 2:00PM on the 09.08.25, 10.08.25 & 11.08.25

Refunds cannot be processed outside these times and dates.
NEED TO KNOW
- There is a €3.50 activation fee on the 1st top up.
- All top up points at The Garden Resort and Barbarella’s accept cash and card, except the reception and onboard boats, which accept card only.
- Refunds are in euro cash only, from 9:00AM - 2:00PM on 9th, 10th, and 11th of August.
- There is no minimum refund.
- There is no fee for refunds.
- There is no processing fee for transactions.
TOURIST INFORMATION
The Garden Resort, Tisno is a true slice of paradise in Croatia, home to some of the most beautiful and unspoilt coastlines in Europe.
