Jamie Stevens

Back

Jamie Stevens has become one of Australia's most distinctive voices in progressive electronic music.

From the ARIA Award-winning days of Australian electronic trio Infusion to his acclaimed solo career, Jamie Stevens has spent over two decades exploring the possibilities of electronic music. A producer with a remarkable ear for detail, his work moves between progressive house, techno and experimental electronica, favouring intricate arrangements, hypnotic grooves and emotional depth over predictable formulas. His extensive catalogue spans influential labels including Bedrock, Sudbeat, microCastle, Selador and Balance Music, alongside collaborations with John Digweed and Nick Muir. His 2025 debut solo album, Beginner’s Guide to Floating, marked another chapter in his creative evolution, further exploring the atmospheric and introspective qualities of his sound. Equally accomplished as a live performer, Stevens has appeared at London's Fabric, Tokyo's Womb and before more than 20,000 people in Argentina at the invitation of Hernán Cattáneo. Throughout his career, his fascination with sound design and musical experimentation has remained central to his work.
