From chart-topping productions to his influential UV imprint, Paul Thomas has spent two decades helping shape the evolving sound of progressive house.
Few artists have been as consistently present in progressive house’s evolution over the past two decades as Paul Thomas. The London-based DJ and producer has built a career bridging the genre’s underground foundations with its modern melodic sensibilities, earning seven Beatport Progressive House #1s along the way. As the driving force behind UV, he has established one of the scene’s most respected labels, while his own productions and collaborations with Miss Monique, Paul van Dyk and Mark Knight reflect an ability to move between different corners of electronic music. His remix credits include Basement Jaxx, Deadmau5, Tiësto and BT, while his international touring career has taken him to Tomorrowland, Ultra Miami, Creamfields and the Pyramids of Giza. In 2025, Thomas expanded his creative reach with Underground Live Forever, a monthly videocast featuring artists including Dave Seaman, Quivver, GMJ and Matter, further strengthening his connection to the progressive house community.
